I’m looking for a customer support agent to handle live chat, email, and phone inquiries for my e-commerce store. The ideal candidate should be patient, detail-oriented, and able to provide prompt and professional responses to customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
  • Resolve order-related issues, refunds, and complaints
  • Provide product recommendations and troubleshooting assistance
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department


Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service (preferably in e-commerce)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus


Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
